What you need to know…

How does a hybrid deposition work?

When a videographer and/or the reporter are requested to be in person with one or more people and others are remote, this creates a hybrid deposition setting. Typically the reporter or videographer is asked to bring an extra device for the videoconference connection.

What do I need to bring to a video conference?

If you are doing a videoconference proceeding from your home or office, you need a stable internet connection and a device with a webcam and microphone, external or internal.  We do recommend if using Bluetooth earphones to charge beforehand.  Earphones like EarPods or an external device like a Jabra Speak or Logitech BCC950 or iPad/Surface will enrich your videoconference experience and provide superior sound quality necessary for good remote proceedings.  You may also opt to use your cellphone for both video and/or audio.

What if I need multiple types of technology in different conference rooms?

No problem. We’ve got you covered. From simple to complex needs, D’Amico & Associates are here to help and answer any questions.
